Hey mate my names Brad. Its ok your not doing well, your going through a lot. I lost my partner 10 years ago and it hurts everyday. The pain is nothing to the joy we shared. I lost both legs 4 years ago in a work accident and still it’s nothing to the joy I find in life. You’ll find ways to cope. Hug your husband. You need each other tell him you love him. Those words can mean the most in times like these as much as it hurts to say them when missing someone so dearly. Take each day as a gift. Stop n smell a nice flower. Pull over and read a history plaque make a picnic and sit on a lawn with it. I wish you both the best and hope you find comfort. Don’t be afraid to cry and let it out it helps to lighten the load of stress. I’ve cried and cried and cried till my face hurts but the love we shared was way stronger. Focus on that not the pain. It’s ok to break down in public or at work it’ll happen. Triggers can be anywhere. Your gonna make it through. How are his friends doing?

Because people prefer low music as electro, rap, seing as « chilled » and socially more accepted than bluegrass/folk/country.
