খুব সুন্দর লাগল। পার্কিংসহ ফ্ল্যাটের দামটাও ঠিকই আছে। যার একটু বড় ফ্ল্যাট প্রয়োজন তার জন্য একদম ফিট।

খুবই সুন্দর, ফ্ল্যাটের মাপ ও সুবিধা অনুযায়ী দামটাও ( যদিও আমার জন্য নয়) ঠিক আছে। তবে নয়াবাদ অঞ্চল সম্বন্ধে খুব একটা জানা নেই যদি একটু বিশদে বলেন এছাড়া আপনি যেমন ট্রাণ্সপোর্ট, বাজার, স্কুল কলেজের ব্যাপারে ডিটেলসে বলেন সেটা এতে পেলাম না। প্রপার দক্ষিণ কলকাতায় সাধ্যের মধ্যে ( মাপ ও দাম ) প্রাইভেট গ্যারাজ ও টেরেস সহ কিছু দেখান ভাল হয়। ধন্যবাদ

But Price is too high for 10 years old Nayabad area Flat. But I like the presentation and Video. Very good. But flat is not as good as your video. 65 lacs should be an appropriate price without movable items. Fixed Items have no value because it is Custom made and cannot be used anywhere else.
