    How to make a prediction: It's going to be a lot hotter! How to make a ""prediction"": it's going to be both dry and rainy. Winds are going to blow and stop blowing. It's going to be both cold and hot. Ice caps are going to melt... and the earth will be covered in icecaps... One is a real prediction, the other one is a political statement phrased in a manner that it always fulfills in order to promote an agenda.
