Flash flood emergency in Ruidoso
A flash flood emergency is in effect for Ruidoso. Officials are pulling fire crews in these areas: Upper Canyon, Eagle Drive, Sleepy Hollow, Country Club, Lower Gavilan, Lower Paradise Canyon, Two Rivers, Carrizo Canyon.
