how do you remove the bearing if its still stuck on the shaft? tried heating it up and tried gear puller

depends , either some time i cut it with zip cut , cutting with torch , sudden hot and cold , puller ,, hydraulic press, pneumatic hammering ,

Cutting the shaft is never good small amount of heat would remove from shaft Always use a brass drift or hammer for presion parts shafts bearings are presion items
