【What is this playthrough?】
Most of main characters are replaced with Touhou(mostly allies) or other Rockstar Games(mostly enemies) characters. Other general NPC like peds, gang or cops are still normal skins(still upgraded though).
Despite the game itself is still based on normal GTA San Andreas storyline, I've installed a ridiculous amount of mods and rewrite entire dialogue texts to make a new experience.
English translation may contains some spell errors(since I don't use spell check stuff not so much).
