Thanks for doing this. Just came home with one. Getting ready to try it myself. Bought it to warm up when we get out of the pool. We'll see.

I found the wood pellets for wood stoves burns warmer than the pellets for the grill and they are much cheaper. Hope it works out for you.

@@GregRocheleau Correct! I brought home the Kirkland BBQ Pellets because they were readily available and I assumed that it was a deal at $12.99/40Ilb. Just as I was ready to fire it up, I happened to find out that there was a difference between pellets for cooking vs fuel. Therefore I ran to Lowes and found the fuel pellets. Purchased a 40lb bag for $7.99.

Pellets here went from $4 a bag to $6 a bag so I quit using my pellet stove now. It doesn't look the price will be coming down any time soon, so my natural gas furnace will just have to do. It's way cheaper anyway.

Looks like a great stove Greg, thanks for going over the assembly. Looks like a Jotul I have been looking at for going on 10 years now about, but I think its over $4k new, can never find any used. Its wood burning, not pellet, so little different there, but you can't beat the price on this one.

I’m hoping it can take the chill out of the air. I will know how well it works the more I use it. A wood stove would be much hotter if you can find one you like.

I just about bought that Jotul last fall. Ended up going with a 44” linear (for the basement). Can’t go wrong with either option. Did a cool wall system on the linear so it vents out top and a fan mixes it around. Works great. But I just loved the look of the Jotul.

Very nice! I prefer something with a flame that you can see vs the propane ones that don't offer a visual aesthetic! Thanks for the demo!

You probably could. I’m thinking that probably wouldn’t flow out as it burns as well as pellets. If you don’t mind helping it flow. Sounds interesting.

How is your stove pipe secured to the base? You tilted the heater back by grabbing the stove pipe. Mine just pops off of the base. Thanks.
