Voice over is a great addition. I have done a fair bit of sheet rock projecrs and just wish I could do it as well as you do. Amazed at how much nuanced techniques I have learned from your videos.

I think it's fine. boy you're good at this. appreciate your videos, had to do a fair bit of drywall jobs recently and your videos are a big help. been using 20 minute and works fine, got a big 10" taping knife rather than a shorter one and worked great

Love your videos - You'd be very disappointed in the drywall work we did in our basement - still have to finish it all off.. might be a better idea to just restart/redo some of the major problem areas. Your videos have been a great source of learning the proper way to do things.

Exactly what I do. Only issue is 5 mins compound sets up quickly and out need to work fast. Sometimes 20 mins is better allowing you more time to feather edge. Otherwise need to mix multiple small matches of 5 minute.

Use a capping when finishing drywall against brick. It'll separate you from the amateurs

My neighbour had a gang gyprock his new house using that fibre fuse tape and nearly every ceiling and wall joint cracked.

Bro this aint the worst job ... I've seen a homeowner drywall job where the homeowner uses up their scrap pieces and theres a million extra joints to work with just because they wanted to save a few dollars!

I think your voice over is just fine. I find the music unnecessary and only needed when the content is so poor it needs something else to make it interesting. Which is not an issue with your content. But that's a personal preference . However, I might suggest that if the music is to stay you could tone it down a bit.
