You’re going to want between 1.5 and 2.5 degrees of camber for the best cornering performance in the front. As for the rear, I would go for anywhere up to 1. 5 degrees. Camber allows the car to lean in to the turns more makes it for higher cornering speed and better handling. Too much camber and the tires won’t do anything but spin because there is no contact, it will also wear down the tire much quicker. You also want lower tire pressure for the best pickup, more tire pressure makes for a smaller contact patch, less tire pressure means more of the tire is contacting the pavement.

I use the welded differential from the scrap yard. It's more stable in a burn out, which is every time I hit the gas in 1st or 2nd gear.

for camber: The optimized camber for general racing on non-prepped surfaces is close to 2 degrees. For drifting it's closer to 5 or 6.

For drag racing you want no rear camber, and the front doesn't matter. For circuit racing, you want 1-2 degrees of negative camber.

This game is great and I love the coverage of it. I am a actual ASE certified mechanic and have spent a little time around track cars, although i am in no way a expert of any sort on suspension or tuning. The first shop i worked at was a BMW shop and the boss had a e36 track car...IIRC the bmw my boss was running at the track days (which was quite a wihile ago) was about 0.5-1.0 rear camber with a slight toe in on the rear, and probably 1.5-2.0 front camber... I may ask him and update my post if he responds. I say just try stuff and adjust from there! Plus black roof on the BMW maybe??
