This printer is so exciting, I never know what it's going to do next! Here are some potential outcomes: •The good old "out of paper" error (you've seen this one). •It will swallow a sheet of paper, make all sorts of horrible crumpling noises, and require me to manually fix the resulting jam. •It will sit there and do nothing for 5 minutes before it finally gets around to printing •It will print half a sheet of paper, give up, and leave the rest of it blank

My HP printer "no longer makes any noises" because I threw it in the dumpster.

After trying every single thing listed anywhere on the internet to fix this "Load Paper into Main Tray" error, I have also solved the problem by dumping my HP Photosmart C310 printer into the trash. I will not be buying another HP printer.

I have a hp3310 Photosmart all in on printer went through all steps. Everything acts like it wants to print but the paper feed mechanism is not working. Rollers are not moving but when I reach down and spin them they move freely. Any suggestions.. Greg

I can feed the paper through a little further in just one piece of paper at a time and it works.

I get this error printer cartridge problem at least one of the cartridges has a problem what do I do ?

Any idea how to do the paper feed cleaning in windows 10? Solution center is discontinued. Web interface of the printer does not have any similar option.

My issue with my printer is that it feeds the photo paper in but then it's like the paper isn't long enough and it hesitates to continue feeding so that when it finally does getting to feeding again, the top of the photo is cut off. Not sure what to do about it. :/

I'm using HP Photosmart B110 series, the problem is, there is no Paper Feed Cleaning option. Help please?

95 Promotions Depending on the operating system version installed on your computer, you can configure a preset to print on photo paper on your printer. To find out which types of photo paper are compatible with the printer, I recommend taking a look at it's Product Specifications, which can be found by Google searching "c02096936" under 'Paper Specifications'.

I don't remember because it was thrown away a couple months back.

I am using a mac and I ran the clean option as shown but the paper just keeps spitting out eh back of the printer with nothing on it. Help please...

+Dawnn Stone it shouldn't be possible for it to come out the back of the printer since it's supposed to come out the front...sounds like you're missing the back cover :P

@@HPSupport Thanks ! I followed all the steps indicated in the support, the links and it did not give the expected result. But I opened the printer and found a dead spider right at the paper sensor! I removed it, reassembled the printer and ... it works! Thanks, best regards ! :)

Same problems here.

My printer can print and scan, but it can't copy. After I selected how many copies to copy, it did nothing and went back to the main menu. There was no error message. Do you know how to solve this problem?

+Márcio Dantas I think your posts indicates that you are unable to make copies using your Photosmart D110a printer. Scanning is part of copying, so would you please download HP's Print and Scan Doctor. The HP Print and Scan Doctor is a free utility (tool) that helps to quickly resolve common printing, scanning and connectivity issues. Please search for C03286146 on HP's home page or using Google search. The title of the document is "HP Printers - Using Print and Scan Doctor for Windows to Help Resolve Printer Issues". You can always download the Print and Scan Doctor from hp.com/go/tools. Please let me know the results from the scanning tests.

List continued: •It will print half a sheet of paper, stop, and pinch the paper in place, requiring me to forcefully tear it away •It will work perfectly fine for a few pages and then develop one of the previously mentioned symptoms •It will work perfectly fine until it stops and gives me a random driver error pop-up on my PC screen •It will print everything at a 3 degree slant •It will print random blank sheets of paper at random intervals for no apparent reason

Finally made that damn printer (B110) works, none of the video's workaround were helpful... One of the gears in the arm that pull the paper sheet from the tray was slightly displaced (IDK how). I just had to slip it back to its normal position and voila.

+Blitzer RC Alignment issues might occur when scanning or printing. Make sure the printer is loaded with unused, clean white paper, and then retry alignment. If your printer scanner, you might see instructions on the alignment page to place the page on the scanner bed and press Scan. Follow the instructions to resolve alignment issues: hp.care/2wbHXw1

Kodak paper. I called in and it took the guy 10 mins to tell me it was a hardware issue despite me telling him the same the whole time. Then he just dropped trying to help me and kept hounding me to upgrade. No matter how many times I told him I wasn't interested and to please help me, he kept pushing it. I was forced to hang up on him because he wouldn't stop trying to sell me another printer. I was very disappointed.

The printer that is driving me crazy, that I am ready to throw out of the windows is a...HP Photosmart D110 Series (D110a). Where is the gear (or gears, or clutch gear) at. The rollers aren't turning, the paper isn't feeding. I feel like it just sits there staring me up and down. Where is the gear? How do I find it? Please help, someone, anyone! Thank you, too!

@@HPSupport Binu, thank you so very much for taking time out to help me! I so appreciate it, my head could just pop off! well, my bald head could, cause I because I ripped it all out from the root. Your solutions, did not help me and I did them at the very first of this problem. Its not helping. The rollers stand still, they don't move, they are frozen, so the HP printer doesn't even realize there is paper in there. It doesn't even know their is paper in the tray. It repeats to "load the paper...load the tray." I will never buy another one of these printers again, it just is not for me. I will keep hunting for help. I thank you for helping me. Enjoy your day!

Binu, I did see your last comment, but an HP printer is only as good as the last time it worked. It does not work now, therefore it is no good. Trash. It does not meet my needs. I'm throwing it away. I will buy a competitor's printer. Thank you.

This printer has major feed problems.

this is one crappy printer...

This printer made by your company sucks! No wonder why know one can find it. From day one this device stored error codes after folowing your companies isntructions to remove paper jams. Litterally, I had to shut it off and disconect everything for the machine to reset and not display an error. After 4 months the feeder went despite following your instructions to the T. I'm taking the printer back to Best Buy and see what happens. Bottom line is I lost some buyer confidence with HP Printers.
