Nothing ruins a dope beat faster than an out of tune bass. You can't just drop a random 808 on a track and call it a day. "LoUd aNd RuMbLy" does not equal "GOOD."

@@whoisspencer I agree, the main melody is dope, though the cowbell melody in the 2nd part is very offthrowing because its really out of tune and awkwardly placed. also i would add punchier drums, these ones are a bit weak for my taste

You know how to make things sound good?! Soundgoodizer + OTT + Fabfilter Saturn + Sausage Fattener... Repeat 20 times... Take limiter off of master track... Legend has it that if your speakers and CPU manage to both survive, it will sound very good...

Please make more videos where you explain some more advanced theory and how to switch keys efficiently because it sounds like it could make songs a lot more intriguing!! you are an amazing producer and i hope your career blasts off cause you are a lot better than most producers in the industry rn

you should watch 12tone, he's awesome. Not really targeted towards a electronic music producer audience, but great theory stuff and really entertaining. @@SethV Cause it's where all the best rap flows start. Keep at it man. I've got mad freestyle flow cause of it! Rapping just isn't really my thing anymore. I produce EDM now- but yeah just keep doing that stuff it really helps. Borrow parts of flow from other people, try them out and put a spin on it. Changing things up and trying new styles will help you to find your own

@@platinumbeats5061 the drums are bad. The kick and kick pattern is bad, the high hats are bad, the snare and snare pattern is bad...Simon did a great job fixing the 808 pattern which is good and like i said before the melodies are great though.
