thank you!! This is the one creator who has "fixed the gacha uwu cat boy" stereotype CORRECTLY. There is nothing wrong with them wearing skirts or dresses, having an unnatural hair color, OR being in a relationship with a guy! Those are the things, though, that everyone changes when they "fix" that stereotype. Thats all i had to say. This just made me happy someone else realized this.

Another stereotype that I find annoying with is the one stereotype found in I hate you brother/sister series or mini movie that one is absolutely annoying and they don't even suffer any consequences for their actions sometimes it's a happy ending and sometimes it's a super dark ending where the younger sibling who I might have said that gets blamed for the parents death and it's the only one supporting the household and working a job and is the other sibling is ungrateful towards them in fact they even sometimes bring home to them and actually wear Gucci clothes ends up taking their own life and suddenly that they're sad,Like What?!

Finally, a person who includes the stereotypical maid.

- OC THINGS YOU CAN DO - •I like so switch up aesthetics. I’ll take a soft character and make them dress with a darker aesthetic. Vice versa for a sharper for dark character it’s real fun to see how their personality will contrast their outfits. However please PLEASE don’t do this to ALL your characters it’ll make your story predictable. • making a main or side main character who doesn’t end up falling in love. Try focus in on their character development or storyline and forget about romance. A lot of times it can make your character seem a lot more realistic. • if your characters have an natural unnatural hair color (like they were born with bright pink hair or something) try to make their outfit Color scheme something different from their hair color. You’ll notice that if your characters hair is pink but they like to wear yellows and greens they’ll stand out a lot more than if they have blue hair and wear blue. *(Note to anyone reading this this does not apply to dyed hair since a lot of people who dye their hair their favorite color or a color they wear a lot. As well as the fact that don’t always do this and if you DO do it make sure the colors match PLEASE)* • if you plan on making your OC lgbtq+ educate yourself on the sexuality before integrating it into your character. It honestly hurts to see people take sexualities they aren’t familiar with like a sexual or aromatic and basically make a mockery of it because they don’t understand it. Same with gender identities like Demi girl or Demi boy. • if you make your character trans do not make your story beginning before the transition. Inevitably you will end up calling them by the incorrect pronouns which is disrespectful. Do not call your FTM trans character a she because he was never a she. People just didn’t know he was a he. (same with any other gender identities) • Plan out your storyline and characters! Don’t make it up as you go if you’re planning to post it. It’s a lot easier to make a compelling story with a good characters of people want to keep watching if you plan it out correctly. It’s a lot more fun to watch a story and get connected to characters when every part of the story makes sense together. • add some color in to your characters! You’ll be surprised at how many gacha series have a lack of POC characters in them. Even if it’s just a simple side character adding some color into it is good! But if you do end up doing this make sure to avoid making stereotypes (especially when it comes to POC parents.) • do not make your character only personality trait being depressed and abused. If you have a character who is in one of the situations make it so their story will include them getting help. If you want to make an angst story where the character doesn’t get out of the situation be careful about it. Because it can be really rude people who have and are in those situations. RELATIONSHIP THINGS YOU CAN DO • inhales sharply DO NOT MAKE A STEREOTYPICAL LGBTQ COUPLEEEE!!!!! listen I don’t mean this in a bad way like yeah you can have a feminine girl and a masculine girl date and a feminine boy and a masculine boy date. But do not I repeat DO NOT mess it up. It is so easy to go from a simple opposite personality relationship to a homophobic stereotype and it’s horrific how bad it can go from a simple mistake. If you decide to make a feminine male try to avoid making them super short that wears a bunch of dresses and skirts. Like heck yeah Add some fem boys into your stories but making him wear a female uniform to a school that has a uniform with a makes little sense. Or having people constantly know that he’s a boy even when they haven’t met him especially when he looks like a girl with short hair. Maybe if you wanted to make a feminine male character in your story make it one of his challenges that he is constantly misgendered. Maybe he has trouble speaking up about the fact that he’s a boy? Just try to refrain from making it too bad. Now onto the girls; Taking a bad girl gang leader type and petting her up with the nerdy feminine girl that likes to wear skirts isn’t “cool” or “inclusive” it is a gigantic stereotype. Yeah you can take a more troublemaker girl and give her a cute little nerd book reader girlfriend. Just don’t overdo it. • Add some straight relationships. You don’t know how many gacha videos I’ve watched were all the characters are gay. Like yeah you can have multiple LGBTQ couples but Add some variety in there! Make the side characters date or the main character’s two best friends date or some thing but don’t make it all LGBTQ couples because that makes it look kind of like you are one of those gacha people who is obsessed with gay people and fetishizes them. • Don’t be afraid to switch up the roles. If you have let’s say A boy and a girl dating maybe try making the girl more dominant in the boy more submissive. Or with a boy and a boy or a girl and a girl have the “more dominant” one be more submissive. (this is where my first OC point comes in) of course it doesn’t always have to be sexual! Especially when you’re characters are Minors!!!!! • if you have an LGBTQ couple please be careful with the way you make them experience homophobia. You want to make it so we’re almost calls out and brings attention to the topic well not being insensitive. A lot of times people will overdo it and absolutely fuck over the story. • AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST ADD TRIGGER WARNINGS WHEN NEEDED! I add the beginning of the video and one right before the triggering moment that way people are prepared so if they want to skip over the triggering moment everything will be OK. Another thing is to give people timestamps to skip to when you warn about the trigger. I know you may not think about other peoples triggers are your responsibility And they aren’t. But it makes you feel a lot better knowing you could’ve save someone’s life but just telling them that were mentions of ⛔️ very small trigger warning ⛔️ s4lf h4rm so yeah don’t be insensitive -Leaf P.s My pronouns are he/they so please refer to me as of that. If there’s anything you think I should add to my list just comment down below because I probably won’t be editing this a lot please correct me on any mistakes I made it because I do want to fix anything that is wrong in this! Actually, stereotypes can be fixed without changing their personality. Like Alfa. Change the outfit to make it more original, and then put him in the story with personality he already is - rude, "always the main" and so on. Let other character of the minimovie change him, make him doubt his attitude and choices. Make him change in the end of the minimovie (become a normal caring boyfriend, for example).

An example of one of my lesbian couples: Both are wolves, as this is based on the Warriors series where wolves are the dominant species and live in organized pack structures. Housing and lighting exist, however they are called dens instead and technology isn't really a thing. The first is the MC, Iris. Iris is an Omega, a rank which is typically used as in in-between while newly grown wolves(13 years is the cutoff age for the Pup rank) attempt to find their permanent ranking. Because of this, it's very rare that an Omega will stay within the rank for more than a few months. Iris, however, is 16, and still isn't able to find her place among any of the pack's common working classes. Many of the pack's adults treat her as little more than a child, and while she is well-liked, she isn't really taken as seriously as the other adult ranks. That being said, she is a sweet and friendly person who loves to socialize and try to help others with their problems, even if she isn't very good at everything she tries to help with. Her role in the story is not as a leader or fighter, but instead she is designed to be a healer and source of emotional support; kind of like the glue that holds the main cast together. And then we have her love interest, Dahlia(or Dolly, as Iris likes to call her). Dahlia is a Delta, a rank which consists of a single wolf who is training to take over as Alpha whenever the current Alpha retires, dies, or is left otherwise unable to do their job. "Alpha" in this universe is about leadership, strategy, and trust; an Alpha is a person who is deeply trusted by the pack to look out for their best interests, and while they are trained in combat it is not their strong suit. Dahlia was born blind in one eye, and has worked very hard to earn her position and status amongst the pack, and for this reason she follows the philosophy that everyone can find some level of use in life, even if it isn't "typical". She's very well-liked, but needs some work on her social skills and ability to read others, both of which are very important for future Alphas. She's quiet and introverted, but deeply caring and devoted to her packmates. Dahlia had known of Iris, but she didn't really start to talk to her until the story began, and before long she came to the conclusion that Iris definitely had a place somewhere in the pack, that she simply didn't know yet. And vice versa, the empathetic and emotionally aware Iris picked up on Dahlia's lacking social skills. They became friends, sharing their respective expertise and growing closer as the story's plotline unfolds and they find that they each need support. Eventually their friendship evolves into something more, as the two realize they have feelings for one another and wind up together by the end. Their relationship is very wholesome and sweet, though Dahlia tends to be highly embarrassed by any public displays of affection at first. They want the best for each other, and by the time the story ends they've helped one another a lot. At the very end in the pre-credits sequence it's shown that they have an adoptive child, with the kid having come from an incident in Iris' new line of work. Also from that story we have: -Rosalyn, the stylish girly girl who is actually just about the sweetest thing you'll ever meet. She takes care of Pups and is a close friend of Iris'. -Chrys, the powerful and slightly intimidating next in line for Beta, a rank focused on pack protection. Chrys is a demigirl using she/they pronouns, and is the identical twin of Rosalyn(though their hairstyles are radically different). Another childhood friend of Iris', she looks intimidating but is actually a very caring and protective person. -Snow, the albino hunter with very poor vision. Despite being legally blind, they're considered very useful to hunting groups because of their incredible hearing and tracking capabilities. -Bruno, the charismatic and jovial beta. He's known as "Teddy" within the pack, a terrifying beast to enemies and reliable older brother to insiders. He's definitely my favorite character outside the main cast. -"Mimi", a mute pack guard whose actual name and backstory is unknown(at first). She communicates through writing and gestures, and is Teddy's girlfriend. Despite her small stature and cute appearance, she's capable of knocking over natural predators if she needs to.

Tip: don’t give all your characters dyed hair, maybe If they are a wolf only give them dyed hair on rare occasion, like a few of them. For me it’s a diffrent case, but I’m gonna try and improve my characters from their original Gacha life presets.

I hate that people only see what they want to see. They see a community only focused on heat and gross things. But there are always good people who make amazing stories and characters with effort. If only they could see this part of the community...😔
