I tried to resolve this error for over a year by watching videos on YT, changing commands in Regedit several times, reinstalling Windows from scratch and nothing worked. Until I had the idea of removing and cleaning my SSD and RAM, that's it, error solved!

Didn't work for me :(
I haven't tried any of these, but i had mine worked on WuWa just by changing the launcher compatibility to Windows 8 as my windows troubleshooter suggested. Hope it helps!
