Fixing An Old Antique Pitchfork Farm Tool

It's not beautiful, and it's definitely not perfect, but it will do the job OK, and it can sometimes be fun to fix old tools like this!
Sort of a how-to but not really, it's just me sort of fixing an old tool.
Please use safety equipment and gloves, and eye gear, etc.. I'm familiar with these tools, and use these tools often, but please make sure you are safe around power tools and don't let kids near them!

That $15 handle is now $20 or $25, plus the drive into town.
