You could take some flesh colored embroidery thread and add the belly button over the stain.

That's a great idea! Having a textured belly button would give her a unique look too.

What kind of supplies do you use to make repairs
what kind of color you use for painting face
What materials are used for cleaning, can you mention them?
What type and size of crimps are you using? Where can we find them please.

If I were you I would put this doll head in hot boiled water because it looks like it is squished in, it usually works and the mold comes back to its original shape
