Well these videos were extremely helpful in a way to me. Everything is going well with the venture I told you about. I started having column 6 double on me. I kept staring at the motor. Completely familiar with how it works now. No video i have watched showed the complete interaction of both the rotor, motor, and shims. I was thinking it was a motor but everything I could tell indicated it was fine. The motor kept stopping in cam position two with a empty rotor. Kept eyeballing and eyeballing below until I figured out they sent the wrong shim. Two of my columns are partially configured for cans and bottles. Bottle shims with can rod. This setup works for 16.9 bottles but I do not know how well and it doubles randomly with cans. Glad I found the issue. Thank you. I think somebody needs to do a video about how they all work together in harmony. Maybe its something I could do but I am not very videogenic. Thanks.

I have 8 Dixie narco motors in my machine. On one of them, the motor switch is pressed down and stuck in the middle of the cycle. The rest of the 7 motors work when I press their switch. My question is: if one of the motors doesn’t work, does the whole line of motors lose the ability to be activated by the buttons?

If it is a newer machine that runs off a control board, it won't be an issue. If it's an older electro mechanical machine, it could stop the other motors from running. Just replace the motor switch and you should be ok. You can also try cleaning it with some windex because it probably got covered with soda.

I have been binge watching your videos for 2 months now we have 5 machines now and getting ready to put them all out 11-1! Do you know where I can get a new wiring harness for the 276e? The wires going to the micro switches are corroded and falling apart

Did you contact Crane? If not, try contacting some used equipment dealers near you....they may have parted out an old machine and will sell you a used harness.

You should check and see if the machine has a "tube fill" mode. If it does, empty the change from the coin mech and refill it while the machine is in tube fill mode. That will tell the machine how much change it has in the coin mech. If that doesn't work, you might want to switch out your coin mechs and see if that is the problem.

My Royal Vending 804 has a motor that dispenses automatically, (eg. No coins are inserted, and it will start dispensing randomly.) Would it just be the switch going bad?

The 804 only has one motor that vends all 12 columns. That's odd that it would vend a column without any credit in the machine. Does it always vend the same column? Does it vend normally when you put money in the machine and make a selection? Is it displaying any error messages?

Where are u looking to find parts to replace the motors

Just vend a product from that column and see how it works. Or you can enter the test motor mode in the control menu and test vend that motor.

Thanks for the info! My can vend motor on my AP combo machine intermittently fails when I test vend it. It also makes a rubbing noise as it vends. Could my empty switch cause this problem?

Why not swap that motor with a known good motor in the machine and see if the problem follows that motor? I didn't know those machines had sold out switches.

Hi, I’m having a issue with my machine. Before I filled it. 1/2/3/6 slots worked. 4/5 stopped working long ago. Now nothing is working. Number 3 will turn the cam when pushed manually and drop a pop. None of the other ones that did work, will work now. This machine is set up on a bypass switch. Tap the switch and select a drink and it would work. But not no more. Any suggestions? Any service people available in northwest Indiana? Thanks for any help.

What model machine do you have? It might be that the switches on the motors have gone bad. You could try purchasing some new switches and see if that gets the motors going again.

@@HappyVending thank you for your reply. I don’t know the model number. I have pictures of outside and inside but It won’t let me post a pictures on this. I wouldn’t know how many switches I would need. Looks like just more than one per motor?

Can you do a video on repairing a solenoid on a Dixie Narco 5591 machine? It doesn't look too difficult but I wanna be sure before I hire my repair guy...

I don't own any glass front machines to make that video on. If it doesn't look difficult, I say go for it. You can always hire a repair guy if you aren't able to replace it on your own.

I have a vending machine FSI 3037 I push the button it says select another selection it won’t vend two of them say that the rest works without no problem do you have any idea what I could check

I never operated one of those, but I would just swap parts from a working selection until I figure out the bad part...vend motor, vend switch, etc.

Since the Sold Out switches are no longer being sold, and will need to be cleaned and repaired... Can you show us how to repair those switches?

I would try to narrow down the problem by switching parts from a working selection until I find the part that's bad. Start with the selection buttons.

@@CesarRipsForHits I am assuming you have a 660-9 g3 machine. If so, you will need to remove a couple nuts to remove the button panel. Then you will be able to access the selection buttons.

I have a royal 660 and gave me an error VEND HS, chain runs with 4 actuators but doesnt gave me product… can you help me out, please 🙏😭

That's a vend sensor error. It could be that one of the actuators on the chain got messed up, the vend sensor is bad, or the vend motor is bad. You should download the GIII manual from the Royal website and read the troubleshooting section for that error message. It should help you narrow down which problem you have. I've replaced the vend motor and sensor on one of my Giii's and it wasn't too hard, but the motor is expensive. Hopefully your motor isn't bad.

How do they get stuck? Maybe you have spirals that are too tight for the products that you are trying to vend. Are you using product pushers? Are you loading the products with the bottom of the product sitting on the shelf and not on the spirals?

@@HappyVending whenever a customer trys to buy a snack they constantly get stuck so they wont fall down and the manager has to open it to get it out its a kind of old machine

@@bernardosaldivar4246 The products should not sit on the spirals...they should sit on the shelf. Like I said, maybe your spirals are too tight and you need to get some with bigger spacers. You can get product pushers on ebay. I show them in this video: kzread.info/dash/bejne/e6io1LaLlM2dlLQ.html
