How about help here?! On the house😊 My overhead legacy 850 is only traveling 3inches and stops when holding the down or up arrow instead of traveling until I let go. Why?!?!

It’s amazing how much information is normally overlooked in the manual.

In the video it wasn't solid red when he pressed the down arrow. This video did not help me. The device was unresponsive.

Good job buddy, thank you I had struggled for 3 hours! There's a small step you can always miss it. UP and Down pressing at the end of each setting What's surprising me is all these household machines are really complicated. I feel it's 200 YEARS old technology Americans are still using it 😂

Mine was exactly same issue after outage(it happens on 2am so I realized in the morning), and I thought I couldn’t fix it but I fixed it!!

Sick just fixed the problem in 3 mins that has taken my landlord a month to fix

Do yourself a favor and throw that operator away. Get a Chamberlain or Liftmaster.

My manual says do not start with door fully opened or closed. But looks like you start in closed position?

When I got there, the door was in the closed position and would not open. I really didn’t have much choice but to start from that position.

I have a red flashing light door won’t stay down and comes right back up about halfway
