My video is print continuous label paper, so need set the printer drivers option as below:
Click windows start----setting -----devices----choose printer&scanner-----choose 4Barcode 4b-2054TA drviers option ----manage------printing Preferences------stock option-----Media settings choose thermal Transfer Method and continuous type----save
after setting this, restart the printer and software, it will be fix this issue.
