Sorry to hear that! If it still didn't work after 24 hours then there may be other factors affecting the account. This method has worked in 9/10 of cases where I was setting up a NEW workspace account, using a VPN, and using phone number verification (in order words: in cases where it definitely should NOT be restricting my access).
