In this tutorial I explain the difference between fixed and variable costs. I go over how they change and whether they change based on cost driver activity. I define and graph out some examples so you can see how costs change in relationship to cost driver activity.

Is accelerated depreciation a fixed cost? If so why - it kind of changes over time, but on the other hand it kindda doesn't depend on the output. Confusing a bit..

Dear Friends, I have 2 questions: 1/ In a promotion program (buy 3 product A and 2 product B then customer will rebate to 5000 USD). Question: I want to calculate the break-even point of this program, what are the variable and fixed costs?. 2/ With the long-term business strategy, I think we should do the business process is: Step 1: The Board of Director (BoD) write the long-term strategy. Step 2: The Departments (exclude financial) will be write the plan of each SBU (Strategic busines unit). Step 3: The Financial department write the financial plan (OPEX plan and CAPEX plan, bank loan, M&A transaction) Step 4: The BoD review and feeback, the departments modify and re-submit. Final, the BoD approve. Step 5: The company execute and review the final result. How do you think?. Thank you.
Cosmo and Wanda think they slick
At 9:13 Why are you drawing a line to connect the units sold? Connecting them doesn’t this imply that you could sell non whole number increments? That is, can you really sell 1.25 fudge bars? No! So shouldn’t the graph be discrete?
Why quality is bad ?
Is there a way to message you? Need some help lol..no this is not spam

Where are you from? Your "about" and "out" pronunciation just confuses me! hehe
yeah nah didnt understand it
This wasn't really helpful because the numbers weren't realistic at all, it's a lot harder to differentiate trends when you're dealing with whole numbers 1 number away. Normally I really like your videos but this one confused me more
