I honestly agree, we need the recipe in this video in a simple readable format! Like a 5 second still after the cocktail segment with a picture of the drink, the title, and the ingredients / prep notes. That way it’s easy to screenshot and try later. You can even add your own watermark so folks remember where they got it from @trufflesontherocks!

Hey TOTR! I was wondering if you’d be able to answer a question I had. I’m looking to prolong the shelf life of a batched cocktail. I am open to separating ingredients if needed (up to 2 or 3 ways). Like, I don’t know if adding the liqueur to the citrus does anything to it, or separating the citrus from the simple helps. I’m assuming using super juice and using rich simple helps. Perhaps not squeezing the citrus into the super juice so as not to introduce the type of acid that makes it spoil faster?

How many types of cocktail methods are there?

Are you using a 1:1 simple syrup in these cocktails?

Do you live in San Sebastian? I live there and I've been following you since long ago!!

If you can't find spicy bitters, you can steep some dried chilis for a few days in your simple syrup as an alternate source of spice. I like to add some cinnamon as well.
