My game pass is payed for and has been working but no games for game pass are loading and it pops this message up and the entire section for finding new games says “not working” and when I try clicking “make this my home Xbox” a check mark appears for less than a second any help for me?

Thank you this has helped so much, now I can play the other half of my games again on my main account, this video was very useful.

I tried all recommendations, saw a comment on another channel to download a small game, then go back to the game you want to play. It forces the Xbox to sync up again. works fine for me now.

Thanks for the tip, will definitely try this! Does the secondary user have other 'crippled' permissions? i.e. I'm the secondary user, and do not even have the option to play games via the cloud (primary user does this all the time), also the recent experience is I get errors "no space to save this game file" but primary user can add a dozen more save files (drive is 50% empty even after installing Starfield). Any tips on these related issues would be VERY appreciated

Did not help, I was already it was already my home Xbox plus I saw what happens if I disconnect it from my home so pasd

Had this issue today with a game pass game, a simple restart solved it for me. Another thing you could try is making another account your home Xbox, thy to play the game again, then switch your account back to your home Xbox

@@isucatfortnite i think how it works is 3 different consoles can use your home xbox and only 1 account can use home xbox per xbox so someone else has to unhome xbox your account to home xbox again on a different console. or a year either or really

I'm the only person who owns and plays my damm console, noone knows my account other than me and yet somehow I still get the sill messages despite being signed in 110% of the time with a 10% margin of error. The only fun I found that works is to reset the console.
