Hi, does anyone know if there a wireless bluetooth microphone that DOESN’T require a transmitter/receiver/dongle that attaches to the recording device, and can connect directly to the device’s bluetooth? It would ideally work similarly to how a wireless bluetooth headset would, just without the audio output, only audio input. The reason I ask, is because either the dongle or the device port where it’s inserted is prone to damage each time I insert/remove it.

I have the same exact mic and faced problems. I thought i could solve them after watching your insightful video. But, i could not find otg in my phone when i searched in settings. My phone is Samsung Galaxy Note20 5G. If there is any way anyone could help me, i will be thankful.

Thanks for the info. Something that caught me out was that you can't playback and listen to audio with the receiver plugged in. Great bit of kit for the price.

Only way I got it to work was with Open Camera. I have a Samsung A12, it wont work with native camera software.

Isit only supposed to work when recording on your phone camera?

Hwey is there any help I have no difference with these mics on A41 samsung. Mics pair just fine but all apps keep recording internal mic not usb sound. I even turn on/off OTG settings on developer options but nothing happens. My alesis mixer playes sound trough usb just fine but these just dont work...

I got it working. I switched otg first on nothing happeneded UNPLUGGED (the key) receiver and then otg off and plugging receiver back worked like a treat.

I bought this mic but for my iPhone but it doesn't work even when I got the adapter type c for lightning. I don't know why. It fits but it doesn't show the mic when I plug it

I have this problem with another phone the other way round. lightning-ready mic for c-type phone. my perception is many adapters are not designed for audio, just power and maybe data. I don't know if it's possible for audio but I hope so. I'm still looking to find out.

Hello I got this mic working by developer options on Samsung A32 Allow androit auto USB routing? wchiced it off then connected mics not working. Removed mics from phone and turned autorouting back on and insterted mic to phone and mics started to work. Out of box Android did not know the mic receiver at all.

Didn't work for me, the search came up nothing. Downloaded "open camera" as the tiny instruction manual suggested but that didn't help either. The red and green light comes on as you have mentioned @ Hare reviews but no sound is coming out.

It is better on vivo, oppo, iqoo phones so try other microphones or see other vedios on it

Doesn't work with Sony XZ. The mic says it's paired but nothing shows up in Bluetooth and doesn't record the sound from the mic either. Nothing in settings, no OTG setting either. What a joke.
