i did switch the windows from HDD to SSD without formating my pc and i got this problem but after i did this and some other stuf it works tnx man

I found that on my laptop, the Servicing Stack files from the WinSxS lacks files that prevent it to run. On a working OS, it has many files including the installed. How to complete this folder manually? Do we need the one from an healthy computer or going to Windows Update Catalogue?

With the icacls command all you did was show what was already set. This does nothing to the ACLs for the folder. This would not have any impact on the problem.

After the update I can’t do disc ( shutdown due to error)but I can do sfc /scannow

none of these work for me unfortunately

None of these ever worked for me. What should I do? Anyone else who has an idea/reference on what I can do?

if theres really nothing you can do you would have to get a bootable USB drive that has enough storage to boot windows then look up a guide from there

Hi my laptop cursor is disappeared ans to fix it go to device manager and update mice and other pointing device which is missing to fix this reinstall HID which is sadly also missing what should i do😢😢

i have Grub loader cuz of linux and i installed on this old pc windows 7 but i want to delete the old one that shows on the windows manager but i couldnt run bcedit im scared to damage the grub bootloader anyone knows how to fix my probleme and thnx in advance

the first one didn’t work i type y and restarted I didn’t touch if after the click any key to stop chldsk then moved my touchpad a little but then it opened the laptop without performing the chkdsk

Try to shift+restart -the OS is going to boot up -Select your user - click command prompt

To Exit Safe Mode Right Click on window logo thin go ton RUN and type msconfig thin Enter go to Boot click on box minimals thin apply and restart yourr PC

It takes how much time ?

As soon as i did the first method and restarted my computer my password bo longer works and neither does my finger print and if i click forgot password it resets my pc meaning i now have lost complete access to my pc due to this so thanks for that

The cleanup imr restore health gave me an error

i cant use chkdsk c: /r because it takes 200h to complete is there any other way ?

Bring a video on windows cannot access the specify path or item

Every time I run chkdsk it keeps finding and fixing errors on drive C. What could this mean? Hard drive failing?

Freezing and scandisk finding errors frequently then your hdd might be broken, must change.

@@KonsolKombat Yeah, I ended up replacing it with an SSD. I think the drive was just dying.

Run Disk tool, said access is denied
