Natascia Dores agree. Problems with batteries swelling in i phone and i pad. Newest ones I got a few months ago...the phone battery gets hot to touch when using for about a half an hour. I have them plugged into a power surge strip to avoid damage from power surges...no reason phone should get hot as a stove top. May be user friendly, but not worth losing everything and risking exploding battery or fire.

Hi! Not a bot here, but it definitely worked for me. I use an iPhone 6s+ and it was stuck on the apple logo screen for like two days. Doing a hard reset won't cut it, so I opted to follow what this guy did on this video. As for other people who are experiencing problems, I'm not sure why. The firmware that I downloaded was an earlier version of the iOS, though, so maybe try that.

You have to put your phone in restore mode and see if you Can back it up but if not try and upload your stuff to your iCloud because when I did this and I put it in restore mode it wouldn’t let me back into my phone it was just stuck on the logo so you might have to factory reset your phone if you can’t get through

i have an Iphone 7 plus factory unlock 32gb, the storage was full and I have problems to manage my whatsapp because of this Issue so I restarted my phone as I usually do, but when I try to turn it on again the phone was stuck in the apple logo, I try to restart it manually but it doesnt pass from the apple logo , will this help me solve this problem if my storage is full?

@@ashleytinoco7488 Yes, it was impossible to update through 3utools and itunes without deleting my data , so the only solution was to restore my phone in DFU mode through itunes, sadly data is going to be erased in this specific case (full storage iphone)

I just really can’t believe but this worked the second time I tried !!! Literally after trying all the other softwares that were suggested here on youtube , this one actually worked for freeeee.I was struggling for 10 hours with this and my iphone was just stuck with the logo on some kind of loop.Almost got my all my data and pictures back as it is ! (Just few of them were lost in the process but it’s alright and worth it ) Thank you so much ! This worked for me 😭 And just don’t give up guys, Ik it’s so annoying and frustrating after a point but keep trying (ngl ,almost gave me an anxiety attack ).
