It is not broken, only the gear moved. The problem that you show, has an easy solution, it is only necessary to move a gear to its place, with a mirror on top of the tray, you see. It is not necessary to disassemble the printer

@ Kenneth Falco unfortunatelly that's not the point too: The problem is, that the gear is broken (therefore it also is not in the right position - thats true), and therefore it has no power to rotate the other gears: Here is a video, but it is mostly no reapair for long time: kzread.info/dash/bejne/paiMrpWeiNDQnbQ.html

Thank you. That was v helpful. Old vid but it has helped me to decide to give up on the printer after over 10 plus years of OK use. The pick-up rollers aren't turning (even after extensive cleaning) so Kapoot! Guess it doesn't owe me anything :)

I have this exact printer. It stopped working a few years back. I'm guessing during the storing the gear must have split in half and fallen off. Is there a way to repair this printer by purchasing the gear?

Thank you. Wiping with alcohol wipes was the quick and easy solution.

This video is not adequate. A little glue on the shaft and slide th small gear back in place (using a mirror) and its fixed. No disassembly.

Mine Will load the paper when I push the paper with my hand

Well if your method shows how to clean the roller, could you have shown it to work after by adding the paper and printing? That would show your method works.

@@303electronics thank you. I tried it just now by cleaning and the rollers look like they are rolling. This is when there is no paper loaded, and it's rolling fine. But when I even put one piece of paper it doesn't feed correctly. It takes a couplr tries to feed up to print finally. So I'm not sure why it's not printing correctly on the first try.
