Installing Windows 11 Without Internet Connection: Troubleshooting Issues
Problem:
Windows 11 installed without internet connection.
Computer connected to LAN, but no internet access.
IP configuration settings changed, Wi-Fi router reset, but issue persisted.
Control Panel message: "No internet access. Your device can only access other devices on your local network."
Solution:
Uninstalled default Windows drivers.
Installed LAN drivers from manufacturer's website.
Internet connection restored successfully.

Try this may be can help Go to - Setting - Network & Internet - Advanced network settings - Click Network Reset - Reboot. Stil not work Only download (sorry)
Can you show the steps more easier... I can't follow your steps Where to find the Realtek in my computer? it would be awesome if you can share which Realtek should download and install :)

Restart your computer after deleting the Realtek driver. Windows will again detect the Realtek hardware If fail, download Realtek driver manual www.realtek.com/en/component/zoo/category/pc-audio-codecs-high-definition-audio-codecs-software Copy to computer, and install I hope this can solve your internet problem.

@@lolipopren what you need to do is not on the video. This is what I did to solve my problem. I clicked on settings right from my window page, not the settings from the main screen, but settings that set up the window & you can change the internet to WiFi
