Please note that this is an old solution that may or may not work for the time being. The workaround is to change your Router/Modem DNS to Google or Cloudflare's DNS, 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 respectively. Or simply use another browser such as Firefox.
i have a solution, i fixed it, go to settings thhen apps, then click chrome and then click disable and click enable and it works for me :)

I don't see any reason to mess with router settings. All webpages work on my 7 Windows and Linux machines.

It's now called "Lite Mode" under settings. However this is an old workaround and possibly won't work. My advice would be using other browser like the new Firefox Preview and make it the default browser for opening links. Have a nice day.
