NO WAY MAN! I spent literally a day (around 6h) troubleshooting by myself while waiting for an answer from support and then with the support, didn't fix a thing... Followed many tutorials on youtube too and still nothing works, after your video it all works fine! Man I spent in total a week and I don't even know how many hours trying to make it work and got so frustrated, you can't imagine how happy I am to have found your tutorial! Immediately subbed.

I am having the same issue, but I dont have the Wpsystem folder, I have tried searching for it and tried reinstalling the game several times to try and see if it would create the folder but no luck. any ideas or any help with this would be greatly appreciated🙏

I love you for this!! I was searching so many forums and articles and none of them worked. Even restarted a 90GB download earlier, was running out of things I hadn't tried. After watching this, I renamed the WPSystem folder and suddenly it worked! Thank you so much!

@@foremihit3701 you'll need to delete the files and reinstall. its ok cause the file is already corrupt. so delete the forza or game data on the hard drive and reinstall

Ok guys, this particular error code involves the directory of the game you're trying to launch. If you have one drive, keep reading. If you have two drives, and tried everything in the video and it still won't work, it is possible that your game is installed in your other drive for instance C: drive and somehow got corrupted there and as such won't work. There might not even be a file called WpSystem in your D: drive provided you haven't installed a game there before. So, to cut to the chase, all you need to do is pretty simple. Firstly, go to your settings, then go the apps section, then installed apps. Now go the app you're having issues launching. Click the three dots just beside it at the right, a drop-down menu will appear with 3 options, Select move. It'll then show you a dialogue box saying "This app is currently installed on your (probably) C: drive" it'll then tell you to select a drive you want to move it to. If you have one drive, connect a USB drive or an external hard drive with enough space to contain the game. Select the said hard drive or the USB drive as the drive you want to move it to, then simply click move just below. Same thing goes if you have two drives, the difference just being that you'll select your other drive (Probably D: or E: drive, whatever the name may be) as the location of where you want to move it to. When done, you'll notice it created a WpSystem folder in your specified location and some other folders depending. DON'T DELETE THEM CAUSE THAT'S WHERE YOUR APP DATA NOW IS. So you're pretty much done. You can now play the game from your other hard drive without receiving that error. But if due to certain reasons you don't want to play the game from your other hard drive, maybe due to inconvenience especially those with 1 hard drive. You can simply move it back to your main hard drive and it'll start working perfectly fine cause instead of using that same corrupted folder, it'll create a duplicate folder to store your app data and as such, work perfectly fine without any issues. If you've successfully moved it back, you're now free to delete the app data still your USB or secondary hard drive. Hope that helps...

So I googled it a few days ago and they told me to delete this folder how do I restore it to beable to do this

how can i fix this if i don't have a d drive? i only have a c drive on my pc and i don't see any wpsystems file

the solution proposed sounds promising, although I wonder why the WPSystem folder is on your D drive? Where would that be in a default Win10 installation where everything goes to C: by default? I can't find the folder on any of my drives. Thanks

So I had to uninstall a game, then reinstall a different (updated) version of it. I had never had a problem with Xbox apps before and it was continuously giving me this error message. As of now, 12/10/2023, this is still a working fix for it. Nicely done, ty for sharing this.

Hello, Aaronhan. Do you have a fix for 0x80248014? The error code was similar to this video then after trying a few online solutions, it turned into the current code I mentioned above.
