Το εγκατέστησα χθες στο SCX-3405FW που έχω και δουλεύει μια χαρά. Στέλνει και το αυθεντικό firmware ώστε να μπορεί να γυρίσει στην προηγούμενη κατάσταση και να μην υπάρχει πρόβλημα με την εγγύηση. Επίσης πολύ γρήγορη επικοινωνία μέσω email. It works great on my SCX-3405FW. He also sent the original firmware so it can return to the previous state, without having warranty issues. Very fast communication via email.

hi, i have samsung scx-3401 in india and when i am printing toner information for crum number, it is not showing. can you help me to fix/reset firmware for the printer so that in future i can't need new chip/ cartage.

Hi! Unfortunately firmware version v x.xx.02.xx comes with a different encryption, 512 bit ECDSA key and can NOT be reset remotely . Single way to reset is downgrade firmware on programmer at last version which may be reset Information about Downgrade on programmer www.ereset.com/debug/firmware-version-v-3-xx-02-xx-en/ All the best !

SCX 3401 can be reset also. Firmware SCX 3401 different from scx 3400/3405. More details www.ereset.com

Thanks for reply. My old Firmware Version was V3.07.01.11 after then I installed new version V3.07.01.21 as per suggested in your video and also taped to toner chip and refresh it. But software remaining shows 0% toner. And also tell me what is the need of CRUM no.?
