Any idea how to configure this for a local config file? I’m trying to use a different account for a repository on my computer. I’ve tried changing the local config, but it still asks me for username and password every time.

Only you saved my *ss. Everyone is talking about deleting saved GitHub keys from the Windows control panel as though it were a Windows problem. This worked like magic!

I got the token but then what prompts do I need to give in git bash so that I can use the token ? I have user and email signed in. But I just keep on getting error 403 whenever I try to put the contents on my github repo
