Non of these worked for me i can install the last one says it doesnt meet requiremnts to install and my keyboard still doesnt work 😭

Hi. I have a problem with my Capslock and the Number 2 and @. If the capslock did not work the number 2 didn't work either. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver but it doesn't help. But sometimes it works just fine. Do you think this is hardware problem?
