overthinking is not the problem coz if our scientists would not overthink then we might have not progressed in science ... overthinking in the wrong direction and pessimistic overthinking is the problem !! that's what i feel!!!

@@anadkatparesh5573 Our scientists don't actually overthink ...overthinking is like we are thinking and wasting our time on those things we can't actually control...but scientists think in the right direction and also they think of only those things which they can control or they think that it can be controlled by some way...overthinking will never give you a solution of anything it can only mess those things which can be solved easily...anything which over or out of limit will harm you in some way...and scientists always think for solution they discuss their ideas in mind to bring it in real and effective way for society and thats it☺☺please take this in a positive way i am just trying to clear the concept of overthinking and nothing else...☺☺

And also anything which is out of limit will become habitual which is not actually good for anyone...and once you have built a habit of something you will always overthink for simple thing in a way which will make it very complex...☺
