1. Give salam to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon Him). 2. Rawdah, play at least 2 rakahs there. 3. Make sure to make dua for the sahabas buried in Medina. 4. Go to Masjid Quba. 5. Go to the battleplace of battle Uhud and make dua for martyrs of Uhud.
