You shouldn’t have to. Bullies no matter what age are just insecure with themselves and sometimes even the paths they have taken. It saddens me that they feel they have to hurt others to make themselves feel better. I’ve found that ignoring these types of people is the best way to handle them unless it’s physical. And be sure to let HR or your managers know keep a document of every thing they do and say I’ve been through this and these are the things that ended up helping. I’m happy 😃 we have smart people like you! Where in the world would we be if we didn’t? We are all different which is what makes everything work. ❤

Yes, everything was there. Different styles of movement, power, enthusiasm, confidence, and telling an uplifting story. (I wondered why the one boy was "out of uniform" at the beginning.) We've got five Billy Elliots here. I get angry when I see kids suffering. But I cry when I see them succeed beyond anyone's expectations.

Their coordination matched the lyrics, to where they're dancing told the story, that was excellent coordination, and the fact that they have obviously push their self, to be able to have the flexibility for that type of dancing , is absolutely astonishing! As someone who was bullied from a young age all the way to age 16, I can appreciate this video, it had me in tears. I literally went through hell and have a lot of scars from the bullying. People who do the bullying don't realize the damage they're causing. I'll be 59 this month and still carry those scars, but have a loving husband who builds me up and tells me everyday how amazing and beautiful I am.

Bullying is a bad behavior which has been around for many decades. I am 62 years old, and I can remember one boy in my classroom which was feared by many of us in the elementary school, he was the bully of the school. I honestly don't think that it will stop but there are many ways to overcome it nowadays and this is one of them, encourage that child, that person to look deep inside of him or herself and bring out that talent hidden, due to fear. Help that start shine to its best.

When they walked out, i didn't understand why one was dressed differently, that is, until the song started. I was in tears so fast. What a beautiful performance! I about lost it when the one boy was given his matching jacket. I wish I had their brand of courage throughout my life.

Wasn't expecting to cry before work... Makes me thankful for the friends I made in High School after all of the bullying.

Raw talent so awesome - fresh look - innocent young boys - they did not go there for competition but rather went there to tell their stories .

I’m 65 yo and was bullied every day of my life in school - moved every year and was always the ugly, poor, new girl. Even at this age, it affects me deeply. So wonderful these beautiful young men have found an outlet! ♥️
