This MV is the reason my 12 year old self discovered the world of Rock. I remember watching this video on repeat with eyes shining brighter than all the stars combined. It's a beautiful feeling when you find your music genre. You feel complete. I will forever be grateful.

They put their own spin on this cover, let's add the fact that it's actually half a cover as they contributed brand new lyrics to it, finally it's a direct collaboration with Queen themselves. They did a great job, particularly Ritchie, he shone in this song.

I was a fan of Queen before Five but when I saw this video I was probably around 15 and boy what a nostalgia. I remember how excited I was with this collaboration. I was listening to it nonstop. I don’t recall Queen doing this with anyone at the time so for me it was such a big thing since Queen was my first fave Rock group and Five was my fave pop group. Oh my it was such an experience for me. By the way this is the song where Richie completely shocked me I don’t know where this voice came from that rasp haha because he was always so sweet and here is such a rock star, hands down my fave Five song because of all of the above ❤️

for the 90's kids this was our fist time hearing something like this.. QUEEN was before our time and tks to the internet today we have the chance to see Freddy and the band perform, but the internet was starting to get popular during the 90's so I guess tks to this version we were able to actually know and find out who Freddy Mercury was, this version I believe is a tribute to Freddy and amazing QUEEN , this is not about who was better. I really liked 5 FIVE were one of my favorites Boy Bands from Europe.. of course my favorite of all is BSB :)

Ritchie, J Brown and Scott were my crushes when I was a 7-8 y.o.... especially Ritchie

Lets face it. Most of us who are here commenting here were 9-2 years old when we saw it on MTV. We were blown to smithereens when we saw it for the first time. None of us knew it was a cover of a legendary band named queen. This version also rocks harder than the original. Esp the part where the pyrotechs kick off. Now we re all in our late 30s wondering why life back then was so bloody awesome.😂

Slow(ish) for a reason as it was made to be a song that everyone would universally recognise (used in sports events etc) and it works. But there’s also a rare ‘fast version’ that Queen recorded.
