Hes also the king of Anarcy, and the Taco Master, and... Like i know Wario is rich one, but Waluigi is the fan fave because of how much Nintendo denied him

So i'm guessing Luigi in this universe of the game lived but his dead/currupted self got there too? Also i love how Entity Luigi has Dimento's mask and has the little sprout/plant on his head from Super Paper Mario. Nice touch!

That is because Waluigi and Luigi survived and Enma Sended her spirits to deal with them, but peach of the other time line survived too because she was possesed, now she can access a super state of demon form to deal with the spirits and the virus

its a taser, and he gets it because jade from gears of entropy (the prequel to this game) gives it to him in the ending of that game
