This is by FAR the scariest game in the series and I have played all the fnaf games from 1-5. This one got me genuinely scared to complete it. The others I was not that fazed by the jumpscares and I have completed them all, but this one brought the scares to a whole other level.

The animatronics aren’t real. They are the nightmare imagination of the animatronics. The crying child is terrified of the animatronics, this is how the crying child sees them.

So I think William Afton created this room to torture the children he captured, and it’s possible this room was inspired of the crying child’s bedroom.
