Five Nights at Freddy's 4 4-star speedrun in

My 4-star speedrun of Five Nights at Freddy's 4, beaten in 48:46.360, on V1.1 on PC.
This was a rather solid speedrun. No Nightmare Foxy in the closet in any of the nights too.
4-starring the game is possible in under 50 minutes. The only other speedrun I found in the same category was over an hour and a half long. I decimated it.

Watching this just reminds me why I love FNAF 4 the most from the original run. The atmosphere is just haunting, you’re left to rely strictly on your instincts and audio cues to figure out if the Nightmares are right at your door, no cameras to track their movements, creepy ambiance with no phone calls to assure you that you can survive the night like prior games, and just overall building up so much tension that leaves you on your toes the whole time. While I think the “it was all a comatose nightmare” twist is a little bit of a cop out especially when it was the answer for the prior games as well, this FNAF will always deliver with the story told through the 8 bit cutscenes as well that reveal a pretty tragic origin story for Crying Child. Amazing game👍

You know I've always wondered about this,why do you check the closet at the start of the nights,is it just impulse from different modes on here or just in general doing it for I don't know practice

In the PC version, going to the doors for the first time in the night takes a bit longer to load, so doing it at the start will help in case Foxy ever got in at some point

Does Chica make any footstep sounds when she leaves the door or does she leave silently? I’m currently on night 8 and through my entire playthrough of the game I’ve never heard Chica stomping when I close the door I just prayed to RNG she wouldn’t eat me

I assume you’re on PlayStation. If that is the case then Nightmare Chica is bugged on that version so you can’t hear her footsteps
