A good song and another good reaction. Takes me back to 1970 and my freshman year in high school. But we did change 'blockin' out' to 'f*cking up' the scenery when we sang the song.

I have loved this song since the 70s. I work in a nuclear plant and let me tell you, you haven't seen signs until you've worked at one. The company had to rethink how they used signage because staff were becoming 'sign blind' There were so many that they started to become like background.

When I heard this song I grew my hair long to protest prejudice of all kinds.
When I was young , my Mother heard this song . She laughed and said somebody wrote it about me , lol !
