simple. it generates ideas at the very least. for soccer players, this might end up being their most controlled touch but for me and those who aren't footballers, it puts me out of control and forces recovery tactics

@@betteratbeachvolleyball I understand. But doesn't it also make sense to engage the muscles contracting und thus closing those muscles. Later in real life you want to engage the muscles and spike in line with your hip. Make sense? 😁
