    simple. it generates ideas at the very least. for soccer players, this might end up being their most controlled touch but for me and those who aren't footballers, it puts me out of control and forces recovery tactics

    Hey Steve. The goal is to encourage players to learn how to use trunk rotation and start opening that thoracic range of motion. Its designed to help people stretch their obliques. Make.sense?

    @@betteratbeachvolleyball I understand. But doesn't it also make sense to engage the muscles contracting und thus closing those muscles. Later in real life you want to engage the muscles and spike in line with your hip. Make sense? 😁
