On October 27, Grammy award-winning trombonist Delfeayo Marsalis of the legendary Marsalis family opened the FIU Music Festival for a New Orleans-Style Jazz party not to be missed! He joined our very own FIU Faculty Jazz Quartet and FIU Jazz Big Band for a party like no other, featuring music from his latest album, Jazz Party. Jazz Party embodies the ebullient and cheerful characteristics of the New Orleans community.
