Hi Dan,great vid. Thanks for sharing. My bike came with manufactures tail tidy with the extension already fitted. Do you reckon I can just remove the ext piece or would I need to remove seat’s and fairings. Thanks

Thank you, I appreciate it! I think you’ll be able to. If it’s the same tail tidy, remove the six screws on the extension piece, keeping just the ones at the end closest to the license plate as seen at 21:15. You’ll need to snap some more of the bendy plastic off so that it’s shorter and slide the excess wires up inside the bike from underneath, but it might save you taking it all apart.

Did the original drill holes of the license plate easily align to the new holder?

They didn’t no! I had to drill new holes which were upwards by about 2cm (25/32 USA) and inwards towards the middle by about 1cm (25/64 USA)
