maybe a daft ? jack, but is there 2 oil gallerys,??? cos after filling on 1 side then maybe you're draining the new oil out of 2nd hole, big respect for giving this job a go on the garden table, i thought it was an expert only job. and you def should have replaced water pump while it was off.

Cheers for your comment buddy, I think i am going to do the water pump lol havent slept properly since. No question is daft mate, I was thinking the same thing but the dude I watched do it did both sides and so I did the same. Maybe i filled it and drained it and filled it but either way it's full now lol! You know me mate garden table does the trick!

cos is one a drain plug and the other a filler, remember when you did gearbox oil, make sure fill plug lose B4 undoing drain plug

@@michaelleigh2446 Very true mate - I awlays hear that in my head when I do stuff like this. Have a search for the channel Mod A Mini who did his and you'll see he does both sides!

Cooler plugs, 550cc injectors, jcw intercooler and a remap are a must with 17% pulley, otherwise too much air and it'll get hot. Also put more oil into the charger. Great video though.

Hey man, I did a better video about servicing the supercharger on my channel now if you want to check it out. My plan is 550cc injectors and a cam and tune at some point but got to wait... ££££££ - I do have a bigger intercooler to go on. Tune isn’t necessary with 17% but to get most out of the upgrade it certainly is 👍🏼

Only Intercooler and Cooler pulgs are needed, rest is extra but not needed

Dude. There are 2 chambers for the super charger oil. ( after reading your other comments. ). That little bottle of oil , is that size because most of it goes into the supercharger. Something like 55 ml in one whole And 155 ml in the other. Look up either the mod A mini video on supercharger video. Or the mini specialist super charger service. Marian from mod a mini did hers from the S Works kit. Also. Tip the supercharger upright. Not laying on its side. When filling the chambers. I’ve only ever seen that tip about filling it till it spills out on transmission fluid . Because transmission s. Are a bitch to remove. Hope this helps mate. But defo look up the oil fill amounts before putting it back on ,, or you may be doing it again soon. I will try find the videos and share it with you.

Hey Francisco 👋 It will work but to get the best out of it you’ll need to tune it and maybe upgrade your injectors when it is tuned. Other than that, you’ll also want to get a bigger inter cooler to handle the extra boost and colder spark plugs too. Orranje make a really good kit and it is the one I bought which has everything you need minus the intercooler, I went for an MTC Intercooler. Hope this helps!

Hi Lee. orranje.co.uk/product/cravenspeed-r52-r53-supercharger-pulley-quick-puller - Make sure you grab the right size for your car, standard if you’ve not changed your pulley or JCW if you have a JCW! I do have a standard one for sale, the one I used in this video which id let go for £70 delivered! Let me know if you need it!

I have been sent 3 pulley pullers from cravenspeed and none of them fit my OEM pulley, they are sending the non JCW ones, my pulley looks the same as yours. What should I do

Umm... the supercharger was upside down when you filled the oil in the pulley side.

You fill the oil in two places. I made a separate video redoing the oil change as I wasn’t happy with a few things. It’s in my channel now, check it out.
