Nutrition labels are a great way to quickly see what's in what you're about to eat. The fewer the ingredients, usually the better it is for you.
Look out for no added salt and sugar.
The higher up the label, the more of it is in the product.
Look of for sugar that's not from a natural source, that's not great for you!
