Hey Scott Not sure why I haven't seen this video before now but man this is a great one. Fishing along side your dad is so fun to watch. I lost my Dad back in 2015 just before my 37th birthday. He was my best friend and my Fishing partner along with my kids. Now that he is gone everytime I get out and on the water I can hear him always saying I'm gonna get biggest one today bud. thanks for sharing this. Gave me a tear but some good memeories too Thanks again and FISH ON brother

Father and son fishing is always great. I love fishing with my Dad. Scott, I know how you feel. My Dad does the same to me. I'm going share with you what my Dad tells me. Son when you grow up, you can catch em like me. I'm 57, he's almost 81. I can't wait until I finally grow up. I can only pray that you and I both get to fish with our Dad's a while longer, and never grow up in their eyes. I Thank GOD for what my Dad has given me to pass down to my two sons. To me, fishing is more than a sport. Tight Lines and Fish On!!!

It's good watching these two fish cracks me up

I use to love watching your pops crushing the big Bass with my old man. My dad and I use to hit the smaller lakes of WI finding the Large Mouths that people said were not in those lakes. Loved bringing in 8 to 10 lbs even the occasional 12 lbs, up till he got heat exhaustion. I have only been fishing once since. One thing I learned was don't talk smack with the old man. He always came up with a way to beat me.

I honestly don’t think Scott really wants to beat his dad...I think is happy when his dad wins...

Enjoy every min you can fishing with your dad... My dad is a legend where we live and just to hear him say hi or good morning is a godsend to me 🥺. He's my hero and he will always be a legend as long as I'm around 🙏

Anytime Pop is on any lake with a pole it is great fun to watch.

Absolutely loved watching! The world needs more men like Roland and Scott. Very refreshing in these crazy times.

I remember my first and only fishing trip with my dad.....I was probably 10 years old or so my dad went out and bought us all new rod and reel get ups and took us to patapsco state park....he took one cast and got a bird's nest and threw the rod in the water and said that's it never agin......and I spent the remainder of the day trying to get it back but never did....cherish those memories because I've never had them keep them videos coming because I love watching them and get just as excited when you guys catch one.....stay safe and lines tight....

Grew up watching your pops love when you have him on.

Man I grew up watching your dad catch monster bass every morning. He literally helped me so much in learning about bass fishing when I was little. Crazy to know now that he's your dad causes I've learned a lot from your videos also!

I miss fishing with my dad. So many memories that just can't be bought. Calling my dad this week

Watching that video was awesome. If I ever been able to get my son into fishing that would be us but my daughter and I play pool together I taught her how to play and now she's getting to where she can beat me every once in awhile so I know the feelings that we're going through you during the weigh-in and after. Thank you to both of you for being two of my favorite anglers in the world

Your videos when you are fishing with your dad are the best. We'll be there in 2 weeks staying at Roland Martin Marina and Resort, and fishing with one of his guides, Tom Mann Jr. For the second time. I caught an 8 on a lure when we were there last time. Maybe we'll see you and your dad there.

He did it again. LOl. I watched a tournament years ago and it was coming down to close out time. Your dad said I need a big one, I need a big one. If I can’t land something with size soon I may not make the cut. He said, I need to fish this edge and he switched baits......he landed a monster with just a few minutes left......awww son.

My favorite fishing will always be in the thick stuff. We have a lake here niona and on one side is nothing but thick lillie and some monster bass.

one of these days ima have to make the 3 hour drive to fish the big O i live just north of lake tarpon which is a pretty good fishery known to produce solid 10+'s but theres nothing like the big O

I get a chance of a lifetime too fish lake Okeechobee, what makes it so important to me is that it’s Scott Martins home lake, love watching his videos and hopefully have a good experience and catch a few bass!!!

I thurely enjoy watching you catch some big ol bass. Bite is slow here on lake hartwell on hartwell/south Carolina line but temp gets colder here than it gets in Florida for sure mr flip flops. But if I can't catch any fish myself my friend I can watch you catching em all day but id rather be catching them myself. hahaha..... I fished hartwell for a month this past September caught a 33lb flathead my 2nd ever caught was a great rush
