Good video, your parrot fish is what we in the states call a wrasse or hog snapper, other than colors it looks identical. Our parrot fish have a beak like mouth which is why they are called parrot fish, the wrasse like hogfish/ snapper have a mouth full of fangs.

John Jarjoura Its actually a red or scarlet piggish. Tastes as good as a nz snapper. Just women fishos these days lol
