I would like a video on how to get from the bottom to fishing shallow I never know when to shallow the rig

Thanks Dave, never seen this method before, as a lot of fisheries , won’t allow it but can’t understand why, this seems to be an effective method in targeting any species. great vid dave would you use a jigger on a short one piece kit on a lake the same size as the one you did at aston ponds i think it was the split or does it have to be long kits for this type of fishing

Seen you today pal at Hallcroft was fishing opposite you had Preston hoody on and white transit van …was to pop round but ya looked busy with ya mate in water takin pics was nice day for it had few good carp out of peg 1 lost a big double aswell right in front of my peg was gutterd hope I had gud day mate next time I’ll pop round and have chat watch ya videos all the time

Dave have you fished Lewden springs Barnsley? If so is it worth a visit in your opinion? Was at new bigg’s on monday plenty of bream. Lots of carp showing just hard to catch i found 🙈 tight lines 👍

Lewden springs is decent enough been a couple of times when I have been in the area-Dave may of fished it more.I would say newbiggin is better going off dave’s vids.Get your jigger out 😂

Hey Thomas I’ve never fished it before. Yeah newbiggin is fishing really well at moment loads of carp and skimmers coming out the carp come down the edge later on. Catch em on meat or 6 m pellets.

Love the description of the set up. "this takes two number 8,s but i,ve got four number 10,s on here.Don,t know why probably because i ran out of number 8,s. I,m glad i,m not the only one who runs out of bits and just makes do. Interesting little instructional piece but please don,t say repeat the process it drives me up the frigging wall. lol
