i know this is a year old video but thanks to you and the spot you were fishing i completed a mission to catch a striped bass using a spoon and caught a unique striped bass weighing 39.921lbs :)

Anytime, bro. Yeah, stitch told me to try casting out to the right between the windmill and the power line tower. Thats where I caught both the big trophy and unique stripers.

You're close enough for me-- I remember it from the actual FLintstones cartoon, but the movie works too. Props to you depicted! And yes, I do change up lures after every few casts if I'm not catching fish consistently, just to see whats working that day. Thanks for the compliments and I hope ya stick around for more!

Now I know there is no truth to the rumors. I read a few times that people say you can't get the trophies and Uniques here on lures anymore , only on float. But there you go , trophies and Uniques on lures :) As always your videos makes me just want to dive in and play ! Nice vid Jake :)

Thanks, Wikus. Definitely can still catch em on lures. I will admit that I've had trouble landing a unique steelhead on both lures and live bait here though.
