Thx for sharing the video. I have been farming xp at Bolivia and getting many Gilded and Redtail catfish w/o using groundbait. Have u ever tried using it there? I’d be interested to know if it increases the unique cats. Also if I watched correctly u seem to use the Spod rod to reel it in almost like u would using a lure over the areas u wish to fish. How many times did u spod b4 u started throwing out rods. AND how often did u pull out the Spod rod to re-spod those areas? Did u ever leave the Spod rod in the water? If I use a comparison with sniffer dogs - are u trying to just give the scent to the fish, then let the fish go after the bait. If u leave the spod in the water, its not as if the fish can eat thru the spod can they? I’ve never fished for carp in real life so I find this whole process intriguing. I know its about a yr since u posted the video: Are u still playing? Big thx from Australia.

Thank you, this is the most detailed bottom carp and feeder fishing video Ive come upon. I'm almost level 40 in game doing the trophy carp mission and was looking for better ways to bring the fish in. looks like I might need to invest some time in learning chums. One thing I wasnt able to find when I was looking before was basic recipe guides and what worked best for what fish. Do you have any resources or do you have a video on this topic?

Thanks Peter. No need to spend too much money. I usually stick with the cheaper hemp and chickpea spod mixes (500g) each and add 500g of either crab, tiger nut or banana boilie groundbait depending on water temperature (crab cool, nut medium, banana warm) and a fishy (cool) or fruity (warm) aroma 3-4%. PVA mesh and fish in good spots (watch our ww unique carp vids for those). Fish peak times and fast forward to next. You'll level up quickly and generate plenty of money. Go there for several days at a time to reduce travel costs. Good luck.

how do u name the recipe? on xbox, ok still a little lost the spod setup I casted it out 4 times and was out already do u not keep casting it to feed the spot?

Flat feeders or pva bags what's better ?

On Playstation how to put a bit of % of groundbait or aroma? It go to 0 to max

Does spod and groundbait actually work in fishing planet or is it just a gimmick

So there’s no use in doing this unless carp fishing? We wouldn’t benefit at all from using ground bait and using feeder rods at say California for the sturgeon ?

Hi. I've never tried but all the groundbaits in the game seem to be designed for carp species or catfish which react well to smell and aroma in real life fishing.

Which map of the most xp? Weeping Willows or California Strurgeon?

Hi. A bit better xp at Willows if you can keep catching. Can be unpredictable. Sturgeon much more predictable but can get a bit boring. Check out our other vids for xp and cash comparisons.

When does the game define warm or cold? Is 17 degrees still considered warm? or cold?

Hi man! .. Great video! 👌 I just wanna ask you about "Rank Exp" .. I'm level 51 now and I still have "0" at Rank Exp!! I just still wonder how to rank in this game even I caught a lot of uniques that give more than 2000 xp for each one!!!

Thanks. As I understand it you don't get any rank xp until you max out, currently once you get to lvl 60 😅

@@dadsladsfishingchannel1793 Oh WOW!! .. But I noticed that some players got the rank even though they were still at the level 42 and 50!! Seems weird! .. Doesn't it!! .. or maybe there are some exceptions for players who already got premium account?!

I didnt know this thx - i am sat at rank 4 level 40 - this is because level 40 used to be max rank till a year or so back, now its level 60 im not ranking up anymore till i get to 60 (if ever) funny i was watching this to see how aromas are added as i cannot get the slider to move when i drop aroma in a mix - ahh well

i'm not a 'premium' player, all those groundbaits are quite expensive... -Great video, ty 🤗

Just look at thermometer icon, if it's full it mean warm, if it's low it mean xold

Right, at this point in the game you've defiantly revealed yourself as someone who sold their soul to the FP devs.

This is so confusing I'm not even sure what to think about it. My problem is that the recipes have to be made a certain way, and they don't tell you what they are. You could be sat there fishing for an hour with a recipe that has too much aroma, and you're wasting all your time, all your money, and all your feed mix.

No spod needed in this game, it's just losing money. You can fish only with boilies.

There are oversized fish you can catch with when using these recipes that you cannot catch without them.
